Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
